Family Counseling:

Families are systems—when one person is struggling, it affects everyone. Family counseling provides a supportive space for families to communicate more effectively, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their connections.

My approach is trauma-informed and based on evidence-based practices such as Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral techniques. Together, we’ll work to identify patterns that create tension, improve understanding among family members, and develop healthier ways to support one another.

Family counseling can help with:

  • Communication challenges and frequent conflicts

  • Parenting struggles or co-parenting after separation

  • Blended family adjustments

  • Grief, loss, or major life transitions

  • Behavioral concerns in children or teens

  • Rebuilding trust and emotional connection

Each family has its own story, and sessions are tailored to meet your family’s unique needs and goals. My role is to guide conversations, promote understanding, and help create a more peaceful and supportive home environment.

If your family is feeling disconnected or stuck, counseling can help you rebuild trust, improve communication, and move forward together with greater harmony.
