My approach to therapy is trauma-focused and grounded in evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceleration Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems(IFS) , Neurofeedback, and mindfulness-based practices. In our sessions, we’ll work together to identify what’s causing distress or keeping you stuck. You’ll gain insight into patterns that no longer serve you, learn practical coping skills, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
