Couples Counseling:

Every relationship faces challenges, and sometimes it helps to have guidance in working through them. Couples counseling offers a safe and supportive space for you and your partner to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen your connection.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method. Together, we’ll identify patterns that cause conflict, understand the emotions underneath, and develop tools to navigate differences with empathy and respect.

Couples counseling can help with:

  • Frequent arguments or communication breakdowns

  • Trust issues or recovery after betrayal

  • Emotional distance or disconnection

  • Life transitions, parenting, or stress

  • Strengthening intimacy and closeness

Each session is tailored to your relationship’s unique dynamics and goals. My role is to create a space where both partners feel heard, supported, and understood.
